Acceptance
By creating an account or using Ember you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The service
Ember connects to your inbox and calendar to surface follow-ups, draft messages you approve, and track commitments. Features may change as we improve the product.
Accounts
You're responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the access you grant. You must be at least 18 and use the service in compliance with the terms of the accounts you connect.
Plans, trials & billing
New accounts include a 14-day Pro trial, no card required. Pro is $29/month, or $19/month billed annually. All plans are billed through Stripe and renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Don't use Ember to send spam, violate others' rights, or break the law or the rules of any connected service (including Google). You are responsible for messages you choose to send.
Third-party services
Ember integrates with Google, Anthropic, and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms; we aren't responsible for them.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ember is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Termination
You may stop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
